Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete the dissipation amount of a high quality fuel, to prevent the temperature rise of a high-temperature regenerator and the corrosion thereby and to eliminate the remarkable reduction of the capacity of an absorption chilled and warm water generator by further enhancing the exhaust heat utility ratio. SOLUTION: Sensible heat and latent heat are exchanged between the fluid 22 from an external warm heat source and the absorption solution of an absorption solution line by an intermediate regenerator 20, the switching state of a three-way valve V1 is detected, whether the exhaust heat introducing operation mode is normal operation mode or not is judged, and the opening upper limit limiter 42, 43 of the high quality fuel regulating throttle valve 12 and combustion air regulating throttle valve 13 of a high quality fuel combustion burner 11 provided in the regenerator 10 are automatically regulated.
