Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase ice filling rate without increasing the concentration of brine in an ice heat accumulation tank and without reducing the amount of heat medium by a method wherein a cooling member, in which liquid having a solidifying point higher than the brine is sealed into a bag member having heat conductive property, is received in the ice heat accumulating tank. CONSTITUTION:A cooling member 10 is received in an ice heat accumulating tank 1. The cooling member 10 is constituted of a spherical bag member 11, made of polyethylene having heat conductive property, and water 12, sealed into the bag member 11 as a liquid having a solidifying point higher than brine, while the containing rate of the cooling member 10 is 10-60% from a practical effect and heat exchanging efficiency whereby the filling rate of ice can be increased to 55-80%. Liquid in the cooling member is frozen under a condition that the concentration of brine in the ice heat accumulating tank is not in creased or a condition that the performance coefficient of an ice making machine 5 is high whereby the ice filling rate can be higher than 50% easily without increasing the concentration of the brine in the ice heat accumulating tank, the capacity of ice per unit volume equipped in the ice heat accumulating tank can be increased, further, the reduction of the amount of the heat medium can be restrained, the ice heat accumulating tank 1 can be miniaturized and the title device can be economical.
