Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an oil purifying apparatus removing the harmful foreign matter in machine lubricating oil and machine processing oil in a low cost with high efficiency to achieve the prevention of the sudden trouble of a machine, the extension of the life of the machine and the enhancement of the quality of a product. CONSTITUTION:An oil purifying apparatus is constituted by connecting a front stage magnetic separation filter 7 to a rear stage mesh gradient type submerged filter 8. At first, a pump 6 is provided so as to allow machine lubricating or processing oil to flow in the front stage magnetic separation filter consisting of amorphous alloy fine wires and a permanent magnet of the apparatus and the oil passed through the magnetic separation filter 7 is passed through the mesh gradient type submerged filter 8. The oil passed through the mesh gradient type submerged filter 8 is returned to a machine through piping.
