PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic wave-shielding resin composition having excellent impact resistance, moldability, chemical resistance, etc., by compounding a specific amount of an electrically conductive filler to a thermoplastic resin composed of a specific rubber-reinforced resin, a polymer of an aromatic vinyl compound, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (I) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin composed of (A) 10-98wt.% of a rubber- reinforced resin produced by polymerizing (A1) 30-95 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and other monomers in the presence of (A2) 5-70 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer, (B) 0-70wt.% of a polymer produced by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound, etc., (C) 1-80wt.% of a polycarbonate and (D) 1-70wt.% of a thermoplastic polyester with (II) 1-20 pts.wt. of an electrically conductive filler and, as necessary, 1-20 pts.wt. of a flame-retardant and 1-10 pts.wt. of an antimony compound.
