Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a separation at an interface between a metallic reflection layer and a heat-sensitive layer to remarkably improve durability as a rewritable (printing/erasing) magnetic card by providing an adhesive layer made of a specific resin. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic card, a magnetic recording layer 2 and a reflection layer 4 are provided, a reversible thermal recording layer 6 is provided on the reflection layer 4, and the thermal recording layer 6 contains a resin base material and an organic low-molecular substance dispersed in the resin base material. At this time, as an adhesive layer 5 for bonding the reflection layer 4 with the reversible thermal recording layer 6, a resin having substituent capable of forming a coordination or hydrogen bonding with a metal is used.
