Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To maintain the full closed condition even at the time of disconnection of a step motor, resisting the force of a spring for energizing a valve body to the valve opening direction after the valve is full closed, in an exhaust gas reflux valve control device for controlling open degree of an exhaust gas reflux valve for re-circulating the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine to the intake air-fuel mixture. CONSTITUTION:In an exhaust gas reflux valve control device for driving a valve body with a four-phase step motor, when one phase of the step motor is disconnected, a phase opposite to the disconnected phase is not electrified (step 121), and the valve is full closed with the two-phase structure, and thereafter, drive is switched to the four-phase drive (step 125).
