CONSTITUTION:Conductive carbon fiber 4 is formed into a seamless cylindrical shape, and it has no stress particular point such as an element contact point. At least two or more of slits 7 of a depth of 1/4-3/4 thickness are formed on the inner circumferential side in the radial direction, and sulfur is molded while compressively molding, which is brought into close contact with a positive electrode container 5 and a solid electrolytic tube 2 during operation. Since sulfur contained in positive electrode active substance is an electric insulator, it is molded in the fiber 4 as a conductive material between a positive and a negative electrode so as to exhibit a function as a conductive material because it is brought into close contact with the container 5 and the tube 2. Consequently, a stress generated in the tube 2 when a temperature is increased or decreased is alleviated so as to prevent breakage. The fiber 4 is compressively molded to have suitable elastic force so that the contact between the container 5 and the tube 2 is strong and performance deterioration due to an increase or a decrease in temperature or repetition of electric charging or discharging can be prevented. |
