CONSTITUTION:This method is constituted of a liquid chemical expelling stage for removing the liquid chemicals sticking to the steel strip 1, metallic strip, etc., treated in a liquid chemical treating stage to a min., then a stage for introducing the liquid chemicals to a pair of porous elastic rolls 4 formed by laminating nonwoven fabrics of chemical resistant fabrics having a pair of liquid absorption mechanisms and sucking away the residual liquid chemicals of the steel strip 1, metallic strip, etc., into the roll body parts of the elastic rolls 4 via the suction negative pressure function of the roll body parts, then a liquid chemical recovering stage for recycling nearly the whole of the liquid chemicals expelled and wiped away from the roll bodies in the liq. introducing and suction stage.
