Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly and accurately adjust a horizontal position when an immersed tube is settled. SOLUTION: A settled structure A is suspended to pontoons 20a-20d floated on the surface of the water through hanging wires 31 controlled by winches and, at the same time, horizontal controlling wires 38a-38d, 39a and 39b fixing their ends to the bottom of the water are interlocked with the settled structure A in the plural directions. Hanging wire winches 30 for winding and drawing out the hanging wires 31 and horizontal controlling wire winches 35a-35d, 36a and 36b for winding and drawing out the horizontal controlling wires 38a-38d, 39a and 39b are mounted on the pontoons 20a-20d. The horizontal wires 38a-38d, 39a and 39b drawn out from the horizontal controlling wire winches 35a-35d, 36a and 36b are fixed to the bottom of the water through pulleys borne on the settled structure A, and a horizontal position of the settled structure A is adjusted with the control of the horizontal controlling winches in a state to hang down the settled structure A in the water with the hanging wires 31. When the hanging wires 31 are drawn out to settle the settled structure A, the horizontal controlling wires 38a-38d, 39a and 39b are synchronized with the setting velocity of the settled structure A and are drawn out by the same length as that of the hanging wires 31 to be drawn out. |
