Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively and rapidly manufacture a packaging bag having high quality (particularly a closed part by weld-cutting and sealing) by providing means for weld-cutting and simultaneously sealing the rear end of a film together with setting means, and discharge means for weld-cut chips. CONSTITUTION:Cutting means C for cutting the rear end of a film 2 fed by first conveying means A and set means D for extruding and setting to a pedestal of weld-cutting and sealing means from the rear end side of the cut film are provided together with the setting means between first conveying means A and second conveying means B. Weld-cutting and sealing means E for weld- cutting and simultaneously sealing the rear end of the film, etc., is laterally placed. The lateral placing means to provide the means in the direction of substantially 90 deg. to a flowing direction of the film 2 or the direction of the linear arrangement of the means A, B.
