Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To naturally separate an upper layer part from a wound covering layer so that a wound part heals in an early period by bringing the wound covering layer and the upper layer separably into tight contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:The wound covering layer 2 is formed of a cell infilterable material. The upper layer 3 is formed of a supporting layer 13 which is formed of the thin film of a highly hydrous gel-formable material coated with a water- repellent material 12 in a part of at least one surface and having bioaffinity and is formed of a moisture permeation adjusting layer 14 formed on the other surface of this supporting layer 13. While the wound covering layer 2 and the supporting layer 13 of the upper layer 3 formed in such a manner are held in contact with each other, the layers are subjected to a heating treatment in a vacuum, by which the desired artificial skin is obtd.
