PURPOSE:To provide the subject one pack type aqueous composition excellent in the safety, product stability, etc., and useful for vinyl chloride resin boards, vinyl chloride resin leathers, etc., by compounding a specific aqueous polyurethane resin, a vinyl acetate resin latex, and a nonionic surfactant in specific amounts, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) an aqueous polyurethane resin produced from (i) an urethane prepolymer comprising a compound of formula I or II (R, R' are 4-10C hydrocarbon; n is an arbitrary number for the mol.wt.), a low mol.wt. hydroxyl group-containing compound, an organic polyisocyanate compound and a compound having a hydroxyl group or amino group and a sulfonyl group in the molecule, and having an average active hydrogen concentration of 100-500 (KOH-mg/g) and an oxygen/active hydrogen ratio of 1.0-1.2 at the N atom, (ii) a salt-forming agent, and (iii) a chain extender as essential components, (B) a vinyl acetate resin latex, and (C) nonionic surfactant having a HLB of 8-19 in an A/B ratio of 100/(0-2000) (converted into the solid content) and in a C/(A+B weight ratio of 0-6.0.
