Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To largely partition an EL panel with high precision, improve the reliability and handling property, and reduce the cost by dividing a transparent electrode on a support film into luminous partitions, and laminating a sheet formed with a back electrode layer, an insulator layer and a luminous body layer. CONSTITUTION:An insulator layer 11 made of TiO2 and a luminous body layer 12 made of ZnS are formed in sequence on a single sheet-shaped back electrode layer 10 (Al foil and the like), and a common lead 13 for external extraction is provided on the layer 10. A transparent electrode layer 15 made of ITO and the like is formed on one principal plane of a support film 14 made of polyester and the like, it is cut with high precision with a cutter and the like in response to the desired size and number of luminous partitions, and a power feed section 16 and external extraction leads 17a... are formed on electrodes with Ag paste and the like. Laminated bodies are stacked while the layers 15, 12 are arranged face to face, the outside is pinched by a water absorbing film 18 and a transparent package film 19 with small water/moisture permeability, and they are heat-pressed to obtain an EL panel. |
