Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a thrombolytic agent having a long half-life in blood and a strong thrombolytic activity by culturing a specific cultured zootic cell. CONSTITUTION:A cultured zootic cell transformed with a manifestation vector having a DNA sequence coding a tissue plasminogen activation factor derivative, having a fibrinolytic activity, losing amino acids from the 51th to 87th and replacing 50th serine by other amino acid (e.g. asparagine) in amino acid sequence of natural type human tissue plasminogen activation factor produced in the transformed cultured zootic cell CHO-K1 while glycosylated is cultured to provide the plasminogen activation factor derivative.
