PURPOSE:To enhance maintainability and operability by a compact device by composing a recording paper feed guide of a knob member attaching and detaching a photosensitive drum cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The knob 515 is provided on the edge of the drum cartridge 500 and serves to facilitate grasping the cartridge 500 when it is attached or detached. With a turning part open by around 45 deg., the cartridge is smoothly and surely handled. With the turning part closed, the back 515A of the knob 515 forms a gap composing the recording paper feed path together with a guide plate 73 provided on the frame 801 of a base part. Since the knob 515 of the drum cartridge 500 serves as the recording paper feed guide, operability is significantly improved and the mechanism of the paper feed guide is simplified.
