Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce the polyanilines having a good film quality with high productivity by applying constant-potential electrolytic polymerization to the polyaniline monomer in a solvent at a specified potential and then applying continuous constant-current electrolytic polymerization. CONSTITUTION:Water contg. HBF4, etc., is used as the solvent, and the aniline monomer is electrolytically polymerized to obtain polyanilines. In this production of polyanilines by electrolytic polymerization, constant-potential electrolytic polymerization is firstly applied at 0.6-1.0 VvsSCE. When the polymerization current increases to some extent, the process is switched to constant-current electrolytic polymerization. Consequently, the polyanilines excellent in mechanical strength of film, uniform and insoluble in a nonaqueous electrolyte are obtained with high productivity.
