CONSTITUTION: Plural laminated sheets 1, each of which are formed by integrally laminating a root protecting sheet 3 on the upper face of an amorphous based water proof sheet 2, are placed and adhered to a constructed surface (a) and the each other opposing both edges 1a, 1b of each other neighboring laminated sheets 1, 1 are layered and adhered via adhesive 6. The outside face of the layered portion 5 is covered with the outside end face 9a of the adhesive existing portion 9 between the end face 7 of the upper laminated sheet edge 1b and the lower laminated sheet edge 1a to provide a coating layer 8 with flexibility and root protecting and water proofing performance.
