CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped lower block 11 and a U-shaped upper block 12 are butted so that cross section rectangular-shaped boxes 10a and 10b may be assembled. The boxes are bolted, thereby constructing a box unit 10. Neighboring with the box unit 10, L-shaped boxes 21 are laid out so as to face each other, thereby constructing an open unit 20 whose ceiling is open. Reinforcing beams 14 are installed to upper blocks 12 so as to suit with a spacing of a ground sill of a ground house.
