Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A texture plasminogen-activating factor derivative losing amino acids 51-73. USE:Used as a therapeutic agent of thrombus. Has long half-life in blood and in vitro fibrinolytic property approximately equal to natural type. PREPARATION:At first, cDNA coding plasminogen-activating factor derivative having said amino acid sequence is synthesized and introduced into a manifestation vector. Next, an animal culturing cell is transformed by a manifestation vector containing said DNA sequence and the subject derivative is produced by the transformed cell.
