PURPOSE:To fit a pay-load positively without using a complicated, expensive manipulator by connecting the pay-load engagingly to the holding part of a lead in means and leading it to be fixed into a guide means for performing its positioning in the specified insertion place. CONSTITUTION:The title device is formed of a guide means 16 for positioning and fixing an inserted pay-load, a lead-in means 17 for inserting the pay-load 11 into the guide means 16 and a fixing means 18 for fixing the pay-load 11 at the guide means 16. With this structure, the pay-load 11 carried by a manipulator is cantilever-mounted/held at the pay-load holding part 23 of the lead in means 17. The pay-load holding part 23 is then slided in the specified direction to insert the pay-load 11 into the specified position within guide posts 19 corresponding to the size of the pay load 11. At the same time, the pay-load 11 is fitted at the guide part positively by the fixing means 18.
