PURPOSE:To carry out the desired close adhesion photographing and facilitate the mounting and demounting of a film magazine by installing a rotary mechanism whose revolution shaft is set at the center of the image input plans of a film changer, between an image intensifier and the film changer. CONSTITUTION:A rotary mechanism 100 whose rotary shaft is set at the center of the image input plane of a film changer 10 is installed between an image intensifier 8 and the film changer 10. The lock for a fixed side column shaft 111 and a rotary side cylindrical shaft 121 of a click stop pin 131 is released by operating a grip 132D, and the state of the film changer 10 can be changed, holding the handles 137 and 138. Therefore, when the position of the film changer 10 which tends to contact the shoulder part of an inspected person P is turned by 90 deg. in the inside film surface direction, the edge part in the shorter direction comes to the shoulder side, and the interference range is reduced, and the close adhesion state is improved. Further, the direction in which a film magazine 10A is easily mounted and demounted can be set by turning the film changer 10.
