Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device and to improve the maintenability of the device by allowing an electrode to partially appear to the outside of a supporting body, impressing the voltage of an opposite polarity to the polarity of toner on the appearing part of the electrode which is moved to a transferring position and alternately impressing high voltage and low voltage on the appearing part of the electrode which is moved to a paper transferring position. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductive resin film 56 which moves while bringing paper where the toner image of a photosensitive body 40 is transferred into closely contact with an outer surface at the transferring position and plural electrodes 58 juxtaposed at regular intervals inside the resin film 56 are supported on the supporting body 60, and the electrodes 58 are allowed to partially appear to the outside of the supporting body 60. The voltage of the opposite polarity to the polarity of the toner is impressed on the appearing part of the electrode 58 which is moved to the transferring position out of the electrodes 58. The high voltage and the low voltage are alternately impressed on the appearing part of the electrode 58 which is moved to the paper conveying position out of the electrodes 58. Thus, the device is miniaturized and the maintenability of the device is improved.
