Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase adhesion of an electrode active material to a current collector and current collecting efficiency by forming the current collector of a sheet electrode with a conductive sheet, and by giving a fibrous state to the surface of a nonfibrous main body. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous state is given to the surface of a current collector. The diameter of the fiber is 5-200mum and its material is the same as or different to the current collecting sheet. As the material of the fiber, a metal such as Au, Pt, Ni, and Al, an alloy such as stainless steel, carbon fiber, or a conductive material obtained by vapor deposition or coating of metal alloy, carbon, SnO2 or In2O3 is used.
