PURPOSE:To perform counseling smoothly by easily shoving effective information except for private information on the counsellor side to an opponent who receives the counseling without interrupting interactive environment with the consultee when life consultation or trouble consultation is performed by using a work station. CONSTITUTION:Two display screens 13a, 13b developed and arranged at a position where can be visualized by different persons for a cabinet main body in confronting directions, respectively are provided. The counsellor can observe the display screen 13a on one side as operating a key input part 12, and also, the consultee who receives the counseling can observe the display screen 13b on the other side in a state where they are confronted with each other, respectively, and also, the information of different interactive formats are displayed on the display screens 13a, 13b according to the operation of the key input part 12, thereby, the more effective counseling can be performed.
