PURPOSE:To easily and rapidly conduct the assembling and disassembling of a balloon roof covering the upper part of a driver's seat by remote-controlling the respective opening and closing of an intake valve and an exhaust valve by means of a control device, and regulating the respective air quantities fed and exhausted to the balloon roof from an air tank. CONSTITUTION:To store air in an air tank 24, the seat of a scooter vehicle is fallen frontward to open the intake port end part 25b of an upper stream side intake pipe 15, from which compressed air is charged in the tank. To expand and spread a balloon roof 22 covering the upper part of the driver's seat in consideration, of a sudden rainfall during running, a power switch is inputted, and then the contact point 31a of a change-over switch 31 is switched to ON side. A current is applied to an intake valve 26 to open this valve. The compressed air in the air tank 24 is fed to the balloon roof 22 through a lower stream side intake pipe 23 and the intake valve 26. When the air pressure of the balloon roof 22 reaches a set value, the regularly opened contact point of a relay 30 is turned OFF by a pressure switch 29.
