Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To aim at the high luminance and the longlife and eliminate the ununiformity of the emission by forming an illuminant layer so that the closer to a transference electrode layer, the more fluorescent particles having the large diameter are included, and the closer to a back plate layer, the more fluorescent particles having the small particle diameter are included. CONSTITUTION:The fluorescent particle and the white powder having the high dielectric constant in an illuminant layer 3 are continuously formed with the particle size inclination between a transference electrode 2 and a back plate 5 so that the particles and the powder having the large particle diameter are positioned at the transference electrode layer side and the smaller the particle diameter is, the farther it goes away from the electrode 2 side in order. The illuminant layer is formed by coating the fluorescent particle and the white powder on a transference electrode layer such as the In2O3 adherently formed on the surface of a plastic film 1, and leaving it as it is to be precipitated in order from the one having the larger diameter with priority and form the particle size inclination structure. With the particle size inclination, the fluorescent particles having the large particle diameter and for participating large in the emission luminance and the life characteristic are concentrated to the lighting surface, and the fluorescent particles having the small particle diameter with the large reflection ratio and for participating large in the emission grade are distributed in the back plate layer side. |
