Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable direct preservation of a food with fresh flavor and taste in landing by packaging a marine product food with a drawn ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene film having shrinking characteristics, heating the package, shrinking the polyethylene film, dipping the package in liquid nitrogen and freezing the food. CONSTITUTION:A food, such as horsehair crab, is subjected to form adjustment and primarily packaged in a drawn ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene film having shrinking characteristics and the primarily packaged food is then heated at a prescribed temperature to shrink the drawn ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene film. The resultant package is subsequently dipped in liquid nitrogen and quick-frozen. Since readily broken legs of the horsehair crab are packaged in a state of an adjusted form with the drawn ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene film, the legs are not broken even in distributioni stages, etc. Thereby, problems of losing merchandise value of high-class marine products, etc., can be prevented. |
