Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a double trouble and to shorten opening time by preparing and preserving a trouble information telegram and a transaction cancel request telegram when the trouble occurs and transmitting them to a host independently from a transaction after a restoration processing. CONSTITUTION:When the trouble is detected, a trouble processing part 23 prepares the transaction cancel request telegram and the trouble information telegram, stores them into a trouble data stored part 26 and executes an error display and a printing output. A foreman restores a trouble place, after that, communicates with a host foreman and executes a reset. After the power supply reset, a transaction part 21 sends an opening request telegram and after a permission response is received, a consumer operation waiting condition is obtained. The trouble data storage part 26 transmits the above-mentioned transaction cancel request telegram and trouble information telegram to a trouble data receiving part 13 of a host 10. When a response telegram is received from the host 10, a flag is added to the transmitted telegram of the trouble data storage part 26.
