Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve moisture resistance by using a fluororesin as a binder for at least one of a luminous layer, an insulating layer, and a back electrode layer, containing a reaction accelerator accelerating the polymerization reaction of the fluororesin in a protective layer. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 3 made of a high dielectric material and a fluororesin layer is formed on a luminous layer 2 formed on a transparent electrode film 1. A fluororesin serving as a binder and a high dielectric substance are mixed and stirred to form insulating ink, and it is printed, heated, and dried on the luminous layer 2 to form the insulating layer 3. A protective layer 5 is formed on the face on the opposite side to the insulating layer 3 side of a back electrode layer 4. Protective layer ink is prepared, a reaction accelerator accelerating the polymerization reaction of the fluororesin used in the luminous layer 2 and insulating layer 3 is contained in the ink, and it is printed, heated, and dried on the layer 4 to form the protective layer 5. When the protective layer 5 is heated and dried, the reaction accelerator infiltrates into the insulating layer 3 and luminous layer 2, the polymerization reaction between fluororesins is accelerated, the density is increased, the infiltration of moisture is prevented, an moisture resistance can be improved.
