Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide an high moisture-proof EL element by containing a fluorine resin binder in at least either a light emission layer or an insulating layer, and by containing the polymerization reaction accelerator of the binder in a back electrode layer so as to improve the density of the fluorine resin and to prevent moisture invasion. CONSTITUTION:An ITO 1b is vapor-deposited on a PET film 1a to form a transparent electrode film 1. Cu-added ZnS is printed on the film 1 and a light emission layer 2 is laminated thereon, while BaTiO3 is blended with binder, for which a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride with propylene hexafluoride is dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone, to form an insulating ink, which is printed on the emission layer 2, and an insulating layer 3 is thus formed. Moisture into the emission layer 2 is prevented by the insulating layer 3. Carbon powder and polyester resin are dissolved in isofluorine while adding the polymer accelerator of the fluorine resin binder of the emission layer 2 and the insulating layer 3 thereto to make an ink, which is printed on the insulating layer 3, and a back electrode 4 is thus formed. Polymer reaction between the fluorine resins is accelerated as the reaction accelerator is infiltrated into the layers 3, 2 when the electrode 4 is heated and dried, and the resin density is thus increased while moisture invasion is prevented. |
