PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that a stable constant-voltage can be generated even if a power supply voltage is fluctuated. CONSTITUTION:When a first voltage Va and a second voltage Vb being 1/2 of this first voltage Va are generated by dividing a power supply voltage VDD by resistances 1, 2 and 3, and the same voltage as an output voltage Vo to be generated is generated by the voltage Va, an output voltage Vc of a level shifter 5 obtained by shifting a second voltage Vb by a forward voltage Vd of a diode 12 becomes equal to the voltage Va. In such a state, by setting the output voltage Vc of the level shifter 5 as a non-inversion input of an inversion amplifying circuit 4 and setting a first voltage Va as an inversion input of the inversion amplifying circuit 4, the voltage Vo obtained by subtracting a first voltage Va being the inversion input from a voltage of two folds of a third voltage Vc being a non-inversion input is outputted.
