Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title foam, by using a specified polymer polyol as a polyol component and a halogen-contg. monophosphate as a flame-retardant. CONSTITUTION:The reaction of a component A consisting of a polyol, a foaming agent, a catalyst, a flame-retardant, a foam stabilizer, etc., as the main components with a component B consisting of an org. polyisocyanate as the main component to prepare a soft polyurethane slab foam having high hardness and high flame retardancy is carried out by a method wherein an acrylonitrile- styrene copolymer type polymer polyol is used for 20wt.% or more of the whole polyol and a halogen-contg. monophosphate flame-retardant is used as the flame- retardant. Said polymer polyol pref. one having a hydroxyl number of 20-70, a polymer content of 20% or more, a styrene content in a graft-polymerized polymer of 50% or more. As the flame-retardant, e.g., tris(2,3-dichloropropyl) phosphate is cited.
