Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To individually read/write an IC card without being conscious of a prescribed communication protocol control or the validity checking of a parameter by controlling the IC card with an interactive processing by means of an arbitrary command sequence. CONSTITUTION:A command/parameter analyzing part 2 to generate a command corresponding to the specifications of the IC card and access information, and an interactive processing part 6 to exchange the IC card and the data according to the individual command are provided. Consequently, the IC card can be controlled by the interactive processing by means of the arbitrary command sequence. Thus, only by setting the command and the parameter, the IC card can be individually read and written without being conscious of the communication protocol control or the validity checking of the parameter.
