PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive strength to a transfer material and the resistance to the offset property against a fixing roller and to make a surface of a fixing image flat by specifying the dispersing condition of the toner and a rheology characteristic of the composition respectively. CONSTITUTION:The toner consists of a composition dispersing a coloring agent and a charge control agent in a fixing resin, in which the coloring agent and the charge control agent are dispersed so as to be an agglomerate with 1.4-1.7mum of an average crosssectional area at the crosssection of the composition and the composition is formed to be 0.95-1.25 of the tangential loss at 10 dyne/cm of a storage elastic coefficient. The area ratio at the crosssection of the composition of the agglomerate is preferably in the range of 1.5-1.8% and a metal-incorporated complex dye, for example, a metal containing monoazo dye is preferred to be used for the charge control agent.
