Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To take in the outside air in response to the capability of an indoor unit by a method wherein a damper unit which has a ventilating quantity in response to the capability is provided in a passage between an outside air processing exclusive unit and each indoor unit, and an outdoor air suction quantity is detected, and the air volume is controlled to become a required air volume by the outdoor air suction quantity and the operational condition of each indoor unit. CONSTITUTION:Indoor units 2A-2C with an outdoor air inlet 2c for respective rooms 16A-16C, and an outside air processing exclusive unit 3 with a outdoor air outlet 8 are interlocked, and damper units 12A-12C are provided at a connecting part 14a between the outdoor air inlet 2c and a duct 14. Also, an air volume detector 18 for the outside air processing exclusive unit 3 is provided in the outdoor air outlet 8. The damper units 12A-12C allot the outdoor air in the order to 12A 12B 12C by stoppers at the time of opening, and a control unit calculates a necessary air volume by the operational condition of the indoor units 2A-2C and a signal of an air volume detector 18, and controls the air volume. Therefore, the outside air volume which is suitable for the capability of the indoor units 2A-2C can be fed to respective rooms 16A-16C, and excess/shortage of the outside air volume can be prevented from happening.
