Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve a covering property and the like while maintaining an absorption performance by interposing a sheet between a 1st press die having a lot of projection parts in a square conical pedestal shape and a 2nd press die having a lot of recessed parts in a reverse square conical pedestal shape engaged with these projection parts. CONSTITUTION:Both press dies 41, 42 are engaged by interposing a sheet 20 between the 1st press die 41 having a lot of projection parts 41a in a square conical pedestal shape and the 2nd press die 42 having a lot of recessed parts 42a in a reverse square conical pedestal shape engaged with the projection parts 41a of the 1st press die 41. A lot of recessed parts having a hole part respectively on a pair of side walls in the similar shape to the recessed parts 42a and opposed each other are formed on a sheet 20 and a desired porous sheet having the wet preventive property and covering property is obtained without spoiling the absorption performance.
