Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the labor accompanied by the preparation and change of a production planning by inputting the unofficial planning in which a production planner shows the number of shipping products with a comparatively long period as the subject and the definite planning showing the number of shipping products with a comparatively short period as the subject and automatically calculating daily the optimum number of shipping products per day. CONSTITUTION:A shipment planning table is prepd. by storing on each shipment unit made by combining the kind of products and consignees the unofficial value showing the number of shipping products each day over a comparatively long term (e.g., for several months) and the definite value showing the number of shipping products each day over a comparatively short term (e.g., till for several days) in the memory device 22 of the production planning indication device 2 provided in the production system 1 for multi-product less production. The unofficial value is renewed at long term cycle (e.g., each one month) and the definite value daily. The definite value is used so far as the above definite value exists on each kind of products by referring daily the above shipment planning table by the production planning indication device 2 and in case of no definite value the unofficial value is used and processing is indicated to a production line 5.
