Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce the titled alloy having excellent mechanical characteristics by directly adding Ni powder, AlNi powder, etc., to a molten metal of an Al-Ni alloy, stirring it to mix, executing die-cast molding to the molten metal and uniformly dispersing the powders into said molten metal. CONSTITUTION:3-50wt.% Ni powder or one or more kinds of intermetallic compound powder among AlNi, Al3Ni, Al3Ni2 and AlNi3 are directly added to the molten metal of the Al-Ni alloy as a matrix and are stirred to mix. The Ni alloy consisting of, by weight, 3.5-8.0% Al or the Mg alloy consisting of 3.5-8.0% Al and 3.0-8.0% Ni is preferably used as the Al-Ni alloy.
