CONSTITUTION:A material containing not less than 75% of Pb3O4 is used for lead oxide in the method of manufacturing a lead group dielectric porcelain composition formed by calcining a raw-material compound containing the lead oxide more excessively than the lead oxide content of an objective composition, moulding this calcined product; and baking this moulded product.
