PURPOSE:To shorten a time, required to trial running after second time, by a method wherein only a heat terminal, whose result of past trial running is good or bad, is selected based on data, storing the results of trial runnings of heat terminals, while the heat terminal, whose result of past trial running was good, is excluded upon retrial running. CONSTITUTION:The results of good or bad of heating trial running and cooling trial running of heat terminals 2-6, which are obtained as the results of trial running of this time, are stored in a RAM. When there is any heat terminal, whose result is bad in accordance with the result of automatic trial running, the heat terminal is repaired. Then, the trial running of second time is started by starting a trial running switch 41. The heat terminals are selected sequentially to decide whether the result of trial running of heating of previous time of a selected heat terminal was good or not. The heat terminal, whose result of trial heating of previous time was good, is excluded from the heating trial running of this time. According to this method, automatic trial running after second time can be effected in a short period of time.
