Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable the blow molding by fiber reinforced curable resin to be achieved by a method in which a parison is made by covering respectively the inner surface and outer surfaces of curable resin with extendable and shrinkable tubular films, and this parison is blow-molded. CONSTITUTION:The curable resin laminate 2 made by laminating the curable resin, not cured or semicured with which reinforcing fiber is impregnated, is molded into a bottomless cylinder, and then the inner surface and outer surface of the curable resin laminate 2 are covered with tubular films 3, 4, and thus, the bottomless parison 1 is obtained. In the curable resin laminate 2, reinforcing fiber is impregnated with curable resin, and the laminate 2 itself has no faculty of being deformed by receiving air pressure, therefore it most be covered with the films 3, 4. The curable resin laminate is made by the process of hand lay-up, spray up or flat plate laminating, etc., in which suitably combined reinforcing fiber is impregnated with curable resin. Thus, blow molding may be achieved by covering the inner and outer surfaces of the curable resin laminate 2 with the extendable and shrinkable films 3, 4. |
