Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate a waste of registers and to reduce a burden in processing by forming a set of cue elements on each defect detection, inputting to a shift register in the order of the position rise, calculating the specified value based on the coil address of the top cue element of this register as well and following up by setting to a 2nd counter. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a detection interruption is generated from a detector an input part 15 finds a coil address N + X by adding the value N of a 1st counter 13 and the moving pulse converted value X corresponding to the distance from a mark position to the detection position, storing by forming a cue element 21 and inputting by linking in the order of the position rise to a shift reguster 19. In this case, in case of linking to the top, the difference in the coil address N + X and the 1st counter value N is set to a 2nd counter 14 as the specified value. on the other hand, a fetch part 16 removes the top cue element 21 from a link structure by the interruption signal 50 showing the previous defect having reached to a mark position, outputting a mark command. |
