Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To generate an ultra-intense magnetic field and then make it possible to save energy by providing a perovskite high temperature superconductive material thin film in the form of a coil with a multilayer film that is formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A copper substrate 1 that plays a role of a stabilizing material is formed in doughnut shape and multilayered films 4 where thin films 2 that are composed of a perovskite high temperature superconductive material as well as a stabilizing material thin films 3 that are composed of copper are alternately laminated by ten layers of each thin film are formed on the substrate 1. And grooves 5 extending in the circumferential direction are formed at the multilayered films 4, and the multilayered films 4 are formed in the form of strips that are isolated through the grooves 5. A plurality of the substrates 1 where the multilayered films 4 are formed are prepared and substrates 1 are equipped with a cutting part 6 extending on a radium and are laminated through insulating layers 7. The substrates 1a and 1b, 1b and 1c, as well as other similar substrates 1 are, for example, electrically connected with soldering and then thin films 2 extending in the form of coils are formed in sequence.
