CONSTITUTION:A main body 10 is provided with recording paper 11 and in loading a film cassette 20, when a discharge roll driving section 15 detects the detection information from a cassette loading detection section 14, a discharge roll 13 carries the recording paper 11. The meandered recording paper 11 is corrected to the normal position by the carrying of the discharge roll 13 for a prescribed time. When the carrying of the recording paper 11 is stopped, the upper cover 30 is closed and the recording paper 11 is pressed tightly against the platen roll 12 by the thermal sensing head 31.
