HARNESS LEAD-OUT PORT STRUCTURE

To provide a harness lead-out port structure capable of easily fixing a wire harness which is led out of a harness storage body.SOLUTION: A harness lead-out port structure 2 in a lead-out port 20 through which a wire harness 100 is led out of a harness storage body 10, includes: a base body 30; and a regulation member 40 which is mounted to the base body 30. The base body 30 includes: a placement part 31 in which the wire harness 100 is placed; and a pair of sidewall parts 32 which is erected from the placement part 31 while being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval in a width direction W. In the sidewall part 32, a plurality of inward protrusions 322 protruding toward the inside in the width direction W is provided along a height direction H. The regulation member 40 includes: a connection part 42 which is bent in the height direction H; and an outward projection 43 which protrudes toward the outside in the width direction W and is locked to the inward protrusion 322.
