Zusammenfassung:To provide a biological sound detection device for improving auscultation accuracy (diagnosis support for medical workers) in remote diagnosis using an electronic stethoscope, and improving convenience of device operation.SOLUTION: A biological sound detection device for collecting biological sound of a patient to be auscultated by using an electronic stethoscope, includes: a setting part for setting, for every constant period, an inspiration section for a prescribed period, an expiration section for a prescribed period, and an apnea interval for a prescribed period between the inspiration interval and the expiration interval; and a first processing part (1) for providing a signal related to guidance such that the guidance for urging expiration during the expiration interval and urging inspiration during the inspiration interval is presented to the patient from a terminal possessed by the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電子聴診器を使用した遠隔診察における聴診精度の向上(医療従事者の診断支援)、機器操作の利便性向上を図った生体音検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】電子聴診器を用いて聴診対象の患者の生体音を収音する生体音検出装置は、一定の周期ごとに、所定期間の吸気区間と、所定期間の呼気区間と、当該吸気区間と当該呼気区間との間の所定期間の無呼吸区間とを設定する設定部と、前記呼気区間中は呼気を促し、前記吸気区間中は吸気を促すガイダンスが、前記患者が有する端末から患者に対して提示されるように、当該ガイダンスに関連する信号を提供する第1処理部(1)と、を備える。【選択図】図1
