Zusammenfassung:To provide novel producing methods of a thioester derivative, a ketone derivative and aldehyde derivative.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing a thioester derivative (I) by contacting an ester derivative (1), a thiol (2), and a Grignard reagent (3); a method for producing a ketone derivative (II) by contacting a reaction mixture containing a thioester derivative (I) with a Grignard reagent (4) and a copper salt after obtaining the reaction mixture containing the thioester derivative (I) by the above method; a method for producing a ketone derivative (II) by contacting the reaction mixture and an organic zinc reagent (5) with the thioester derivative (I) in the presence of a palladium catalyst after obtaining the reaction mixture containing the thioester derivative (I) by the above method; and a method for producing an aldehyde derivative (III) by contacting the reaction mixture containing the thioester derivative (I) and a silane compound (6) in the presence of a palladium catalyst after obtaining the reaction mixture containing the thioester derivative (I) by the above method.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、、チオエステル誘導体、ケトン誘導体及びアルデヒド誘導体の新規な製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、エステル誘導体(1)とチオール(2)とグリニャール試薬(3)とを接触させてチオエステル誘導体(I)を製造する方法;上記方法によりチオエステル誘導体(I)を含む反応混合物を得た後、チオエステル誘導体(I)を含む反応混合物とグリニャール試薬(4)と銅塩とを接触させてケトン誘導体(II)を製造する方法;上記方法によりチオエステル誘導体(I)を含む反応混合物を得た後、パラジウム触媒の存在下、チオエステル誘導体(I)を反応混合物と有機亜鉛試薬(5)とを接触させてケトン誘導体(II)を製造する方法;並びに、上記方法によりチオエステル誘導体(I)を含む反応混合物を得た後、パラジウム触媒の存在下、チオエステル誘導体(I)を含む反応混合物とシラン化合物(6)とを接触させてアルデヒド誘導体(III)を製造する方法が提供される。【選択図】なし
