This layered body is provided with, in this order, a paper substrate layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer. The barrier layer contains a polyurethane resin, a flat inorganic compound having an average thickness of 50 nm or less and an average aspect ratio of 200 or more, and a cationic resin.
