Zusammenfassung:	To provide a technique of preventing breakage of a power converter due to change of output of a DC power source.SOLUTION: The power converter includes: a DC power conversion unit connected to a DC power source, for converting a DC voltage input from the DC power source and outputting the converted voltage; a DC conversion control unit for controlling the DC power conversion unit; and an index acquisition unit for acquiring an index which is input from the DC power source and is related to the physical amount of a DC current or a DC power flowing in the CD conversion unit.
