Zusammenfassung:	To provide an RFID tag reader that improves the stability of reading an RFID tag when an antenna is inserted into an opening of an article equipped with the RFID tag to read the RFID tag, and a lifter equipped with the same.SOLUTION: An RFID tag reader comprises: a telescopic expandable structure such as a multi-connection link 10; a cable-like antenna 20 that expands and contracts in a spiral shape around the expandable structure along with expansion/contraction of the expandable structure, or expands and contracts in a zigzag shape along the expandable structure; and an RFID tag reading circuit 3 that is connected to the cable-like antenna 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ＲＦＩＤタグを備える物品の開口内にアンテナを挿入してＲＦＩＤタグを読み取る場合に、ＲＦＩＤタグの読み取り安定性を高めたＲＦＩＤタグ読み取り装置及びそれを備えるリフターを得る。【解決手段】ＲＦＩＤタグ読み取り装置は、多接リンク１０等の伸縮自在の伸縮構造体と、伸縮構造体の周囲で伸縮構造体の伸縮に伴い螺旋状で伸縮する、又は伸縮構造体に沿ってジグザグ状に伸縮する、ケーブル状アンテナ２０と、ケーブル状アンテナ２０に接続されたＲＦＩＤタグ読み取り回路３と、を備える。【選択図】図１
